This policy applies to paid Backlinks API plans and credit packs sold by Yourseoboard LLC on backlinks.uk.app. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Plans and prices
Current plans, limits and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country and status.
2. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are never stored by us.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (month or year) and renew automatically until you cancel.
An invoice is sent to your email after each payment; invoices are also available under "Subscription & invoices" in your account.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan.
3. Credits and credit packs
Plan credits are renewed on the 1st day of each month (00:00 UTC); unused plan credits do not roll over. Credit packs are one-time purchases, credits from packs do not expire and are used after the monthly plan credits. Credits are not exchangeable for money. Credits charged for a request that failed on our side are returned automatically.
3a. Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference for the rest of the period is calculated proportionally. New limits apply immediately after payment.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your account ("Subscription & invoices"). After cancellation your paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; then the account switches to the Free plan. Your account, API keys and data are kept.
5. Refunds
Payments for a period already started are generally not refundable, except where required by law. A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you asked us to start providing the paid plan immediately, you will receive a refund reduced in proportion to the period already used.
If the Service was materially unavailable through our fault, write to support@uk.app and we will refund or credit the affected period.
Refund requests: support@uk.app, with the email of your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Price changes
We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. They apply from your next renewal; you can cancel before that.
